Bundaberg, a tropical town on Queensland's coast, is home to the southern part of the Great Barrier Reef. Bundaberg is well known for the abundance of turtles because each year, during November and March, turtle tracks line Bundaberg's shore. Since Bundaberg is a part of the Southern Great Barrier Reef, snorkelling is a highly popular activity.
