Yandina is known as “Ginger Town” as it is home to the famous Buderim Ginger Factory where you can view hundreds of different types of ginger plants as well as watch as ginger is processed into tasty morsels such as preserves and dried ginger. Yandina is only a few kilometres from Nambour, and it is located in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. This is considered to be some of the most beautiful land in Queensland. This region is peppered with natural rainforest parks and reserves. Other attractive features of Yandina can be seen in a photo library as well.
