Historical aerial images of Tasman, Tasmania, Australia

With spectacular coastlines, blowholes, and caves, Tasman is a 70-minute drive from the state capital, Hobart. The Tasman national park is home to animals including the brushtail possum, wallabies, wombats, bandicoots, Australian fur seals, penguins, dolphins, and migrating whales as well as the endangered swift parrot and many forest-dwelling birds. Nearby Tasman are the coal mines, which aren't that well-known, however, the coal mines were a convict site in the late 1700's.
