The Gold Coast aerial photo library is growing at a rapid rate. We are processing and shooting more photos of the Gold Coast the any other region in Australia. The Gold Coast covers a coastline of 57 kilometres, housing a central population of 400,000 residents, making it one of Australia\'s largest cities. Located in the south-east corner of Queensland, the Gold Coast is home to some of Australia\'s best beaches, and shares a border with the state of New South Wales. This favourite tourist spot contains some of the most famous beaches in Australia including Broadbeach, Surfer\'s Paradise, Burleigh Heads, The Spit, Main Beach and Mermaid Beach. The Gold Coast area is mainly sub-tropical, with temperatures ranging from 19-29 degrees in summer, and between 9-21 degrees in winter. Favourite tourist times seem to be in between these seasons, when the weather is fresh and perfect for a day at the beach. The Gold Coast area is targeted at those who wish to experience life to its fullest, whatever aspect that may be. On one hand, people can sit back and enjoy the ritzy nightclubs, glamorous beach parties, stylish shopping and many other unforgettable sights which add up to living the high-life. These events are available at places like the Palazzo Versace, Conrad Jupiter\'s, and the Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove. Then again, people are also able to enjoy the high tempo lifestyle. World-class theme parks, Movieworld, Sea World, and Dreamworld provide a fast-paced day of excitement and family fun. As well as these, the Gold Coast plays host to many events throughout the year. These include the Big Day Out (January), Sanctuary Cove Boat Show (May), Indy 300 (October) and Schoolies (November).
