The area of Coomera is the northern most suburb of the Gold Coast, almost joining the Brisbane sprawl. Sandwiched between the Pacific Highway and the ocean, Coomera is known as the affordable Gold Coast and one that is still highly sought out by homeowners. Nearby, Sanctuary Cove offers exclusive living with the Hyatt Regency for intimate getaways, while the Palms Golf Course allows for recreation in a superb location. Schools nearby include the Coomera Anglican College and Upper Coomera State College. Transport is close by with a train station providing easy transport to Brisbane and the greater Gold Coast.
